Through the Looking Glass

The shoot with Sara that I previewed in the previous post was also part of a theme shoot.  Sara wanted to do a “Through the Looking Glass” themed shoot.  Alice in Wonderland, but with a bit of a darker edge to it.

There’s a park in Denver that is filled with “Wonderland” inspired statues so that would be the exterior set and the studio and a large dressing mirror would provide the rest.

The level of edits in these go far beyond what I would do for a normal portrait or wedding session, but for an art piece I think they help the feel of the shoot.
