Planning on your wedding day – brides usually love when they get to check off the big things. Venue – Check / Photographer – Check It’s great knowing that a key part of your wedding is locked in place. Well at least unless the venue makes a mistake on their bookings and a few months before the wedding the bride finds out her venue was double booked and now she no longer has a venue.
Since most venues, much like photographers, book a year in advance suddenly shopping for a new venue a few months in advance doesn’t often leave a lot to choose from – it can be grim. This is where Nate and Ange where when a Nate’s boss stepped in with an amazing offer – have the wedding on our farm. First time I saw the property I knew the wedding would be better here than at any venue the could ever hope to find with a June date open with a few months notice – by leaps and bounds no less.
The wedding was a hot affair, seriously it was about 105 that day.
Despite the heat the ceremony was wonderful, filled with laughter and tears, love and emotion. As I watched Nate and Ange exchange their vows under the sky and trees – I knew this is where their wedding was meant to be all along.
