The Center is comprised of the Phipps Mansion, the Phipps Tennis Pavilion, and Phipps Catering Services and is situated on 5 1/2 acres of landscaped grounds in a residential location in southeast Denver in the Belmar area just south east of Colorado Blvd and Cherry Creek drive.   Phipps Mansion and Phipps tennis Pavilion being two separate venues that can be rented independently each has it’s own park and is fully capable of hosting a wedding in each part comfortably.
