First up is the beautiful Lisa.   With only a few months of being a married woman we where careful not to actually “trash” the dress but still managed to get some amazing images with her.

This first set has to be my favorites of Lisa for the day.   It ain’t called the “Golden Hour” for nothin’ people.   I just adore the light of the setting sun just kissing her

And of course a little something from the infrared camera. I also really love this one, the light is from a long busted out window in the next room.   

So one of the nice things about being a photographer is having lots of friends who don’t mind finding themselves in front of the camera from time to time.   This time it was Stephanie Millonig of Aesthetic Nurse Specialists.  Aesthetic Nurse Specialists is a spa offering a wide variety of sking care, massage, and holistic services.   While I know Stephanie from my time in the fashion area her company also does bridal makeup and facials as well.

Since Stephanie also wanted some casual outdoors shots for her own use we split the day up into a few areas.   Infrared in the studio.  Infrared in the mountains.  Normal shots in the mountains.   To wrap up the day we also scouted out a few locations for some upcoming “Trash the Dress” styled shoots.

Mari however is a special case.  See Mari modeled for me a time or two back in the fashion shooting days and that first year of deciding weddings was my passion I was looking for clients to take a leap of faith that I could do an amazing job on their wedding, and Mari is one of two models getting married that summer that took that leap.   So yeah, for Mari I’ll hope to do their high school graduation pictures when the time comes just as a way to say thank you for taking that leap of faith.

Tanya’s party, besides being a birthday party, was also a Masquerade party and they had some amazing entertainment on hand.
