Last week I met up with Maggie and Jim at Washington Park to work on their engagement photos. Their wedding is just around the corner so even with the park being in “Colorado Winter” mode we went to work and got some wonderful shots. What a great and fun couple and we’re looking forward to…

  • Very nice work! All of these shots are beautiful.

  • Great job Mark. LOVE the textures and processing. They look very much in love and I think you’ve captured it very well.

  • Beautiful pictures, very candid and relaxed. Nice job!!!

I’m going to break the rules a bit here and instead of highlighting a venue I’ve worked in this time I’m looking at a venue I’d love to work in. South Broadway Christian Church, located on the corner of Lincoln and Ellsworth that location will seem familiar to those who have been to my studio….

  • WOW! GORGEOUS church and what a terrific idea to do for a post. I was pondering what in the world I was going to do in the slow period these next couple of months. This is a terrific idea to keep posts coming. Of course, it wouldn’t mean a thing without truly beautiful photos and that is what you have here 🙂

I’m having my wedding at South Broadway on November 21, 2009. I haven’t found a photographer yet, and I’m interested in getting more details about the special you’re running (assuming you’re still available that day).

  • MARK – What beautiful photos of the interior of this place of worship & historic church building!
This past Monday, I attended the memorial service of my little brother there.
I had not been inside the building since the early 1980’s and was very pleased and impressed with the meticulous care that the congregation has shown for this Denver landmark.
The recent renovation of “Ms Kimball”, the magnificent pipe organ, produced very meaningful and beautiful music for the memeorial service.
You may wish to contact the Pastor, to work out arrangements for some of you interior photos to be placed on the church website: http://www.SouthBroadway.org.
THANK YOU for providing a lasting memory of my little brother’s memorial

Every once in a while you come across a couple where you just tell yourself, I have to shoot their wedding. John and Natasha is just such a couple. When I first talked to Natasha on the phone she was stressed, nervous, and trying to put together a wedding in a few weeks instead of…

I am sure we all will go meet and go on trips. John, you are the brother I never had. Love you John! xoxoxoxo

Sometimes getting married once is not enough for some couples. Shaun and Alex first marriage was a small and private ceremony. A while down the road they walked down the isle again but this time with a hall of family and friends in attendance. Of course the greatest thing about a married couple getting married…

In wedding photography referrals is among the primary sources of new clients, but it’s an extra special honor when that referral comes not from a former client but rather another wedding photographer. This was the case with Kristy and Kevin. This was my first wedding at the Latter-Day Saints temple and not being able to…
